Please note that Energetic smart bulbs must work with the smart speaker and may not be compatible with traditional dimmer switches. They support 2.4GHz WiFi only.

As for common issues, if you encounter a scan code prompt error or no response, please confirm whether the App software version meets the minimum version requirements. If you fail to add the light, ensure that the mobile phone using the App is connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi as the controllers. You can also try restarting the controller, App, or mobile phone.

If the Matter QR Code sticker is worn out or missing, don't worry. We have one QR Matter code sticker and one light print which contained QR code on the bulb. Our suggestion is that customers could keep the photo of it for easy connection.

Regarding changing smart home systems, if you want to switch from one system (like Alexa) to another (like Google), you should first remove the light from the original system, then connect it with the new system. Refer to the installation instructions on the listing for specific operations.
