Troubleshooting

If some lights are not on, try the following methods: - Method 1: Use the remote to adjust the number of pixels on the light strip. Long press "White" until it blinks, then press the brightness up/down to change the pixel number to light up all lights. - Method 2: Use the app to adjust the number of light strip pixels. After the light strip is connected to the app, click the setting icon in the upper right corner of the Device Control page. Adjust the number of pixels in the "Length of light strip." Adjusting the pixel of the 16.4 feet light strip to 80 can fully light the strip, while adjusting the pixel of the 32.8 feet light strip to 160 can fully light it.

DIY Tips

• Cutting: Follow the cutting marks to cut the light strip.
• Polarity: Ensure the positive and negative poles correspond to each other. Use the same side for two wires and two pins if you use a long connector.
• Installation: Turn off the power and unplug the plug before connecting. Peel off the adhesive paper, then insert the strip into the connector at both ends. Press the patch to ensure it is fully clamped.
• Precautions: Do not roll up the strip light during use. Wipe the surface to keep it clean and dry before installation. Hair, dust, and other debris can affect the stickiness of the tape.
