Smart Matter: Matter is a standardized protocol for smart home devices, allowing you to control all compatible smart home products through applications certified by Matter. To control Matter devices on Alexa/Google Home/Apple Home/SmartThings platforms, you'll need a smart speaker compatible with Matter, such as HomePod, Echo, Nest, or SmartThings Hub. Alternatively, you can directly control the bulb on the uhome+ app platform without the need for a separate hub.

EASY SETUP & FASTER CONNECTION: Matter devices can quickly connect to your smart home network by simply scanning the bulb's QR code or the QR code on the user manual (which must correspond with the bulb's code) using the Alexa App, Google Home App, Apple Home App, or SmartThings App.

If you are experiencing device addition failure, please ensure that the phone using the application is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi, and your hub is connected to the same router. You can also try scanning the corresponding QR code in the manual. After adding the device, it shows offline. Due to unstable network connection, the device may appear offline. You can try manually refreshing to resolve the issue. When adding a device, it prompts that the device cannot be found. Please reset the device to factory settings and try again. Check the QR code on the user manual against the numeric code on the corresponding light bulb; the matching numeric code indicates the corresponding light bulb.
